RETURNS & EXCHANGES

While we strive to make you happy with our products, in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support@joinalternative.com and we will get back to you.

Since all our items are made to order, we can only accept exchanges and not refunds. The products bought from our website will only be accepted for exchange or replacement within 3 days of delivery and if they are in perfect condition with no damage. Exchange will be only be made for products of equal price value or more.

Returns or exchanges will not be valid on sale items.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will bear the expense of shipping the new product to you.
